Returns Policy

 

You are entitled to a replacement, refund or repair if a product you purchased:

  • Has a major fault or defect that was not disclosed at the time of purchase

  • Is not fit for purpose or doesn’t do what we said it would

  • Is significantly different from its description or sample

  • Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you:

  • Simply change your mind

  • Ordered the wrong item

  • Found the product cheaper elsewhere

  • Misused the product and caused the fault

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • You must notify us within a reasonable time of discovering the issue

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and all accessories (where possible)

  • Proof of purchase (such as a tax invoice or receipt) is required

Warranty & Repairs

Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to your rights under the ACL. If your product is faulty but covered under warranty, we will help coordinate a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

How to Request a Return

  2. Provide details of the issue and proof of purchase

  3. We will advise whether a return, refund, repair or exchange is applicable

  4. If approved, return the item to:

Shipping costs for returns may be covered by us if the item is confirmed faulty or not as described.

Assessment Timeframe

We aim to process returns and refunds within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item. For complex or warranty-related cases, additional time may be required.
